We renovate everything from kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms to your entire home. Whether you’re after a retrofit to keep the renovations in keeping with the rest of your house or are after a more modern feel, we can help.
ADDITIONS & EXTENSIONS
Extensions to your home provides a solution to your space issues without forcing you to relocate. Interior or exterior additions and extensions i.e. garages, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. can also increase your property’s value if and when you decide to move.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Is your house in need of maintenance or repairs? Cre8 Construction can help you with repairs and replacements for doors, windows, walls, roofs and more. We’ll price the job prior to commencing the work and will also give you timeframes as to how long the job should take so there are no surprises.
DECKING, FENCING & GATES
We build decks of all shapes and sizes. Our decks can include built-in seating, planter boxes & more. We don’t view fences and gates from a purely functional mindset – while our fences and gates ensure security and privacy, they also complement the style of your home and garden.
MINOR LANDSCAPING
Cre8 Construction offers minor landscaping so the exterior of your property looks just as good as the interior. Cre8 Construction can install retaining walls, pergolas, pathways, patios, planter boxes, and more to create a beautiful environment that you and your family enjoy spending time in.
OUR PROCESS

Contact us via phone, email or our online form and talk us briefly through the job you’re wanting done.

We’ll then schedule a site visit to see what is needing to be done. Our team can lend advice as to what will work best for the space or we can go off the architectural plans.

We will then organise a quote/estimate on how much it will cost and will liaise with the subcontractors needing to be involved. If you haven’t got subcontractors in mind, no worries! We can provide these for you.

After you’ve accepted the quote and the designs are finalised, we’ll get to work on the job. Cre8 Construction will always try to complete the job within the timeframes we’ve set.

If there are council requirements involved for the work, we can get in contact with the council for you and arrange inspections throughout the job and once the job is completed.

Once our job is done, we tidy the site and make sure everything is up to standard for you to enjoy your new space.
